Mat classes are offered for the very
beginner in Mat level 1 to the more advanced in Mat Level
2 and 3.
A series of 4 private lessons are recommended
for new clients. The privates are to teach them a safe
and effective program on the equipment designed for their
individual needs. Semi Privates offered @ $42.50 each person.
Christine Wakabayashi teaches a wonderful
class for those expecting. Please talk to your doctor or
midwife before joining. Feel stronger during your pregnancy
and better during the recovery!

opportunity for clients to expand their knowledge and learn
new information.
Teacher Training is offered at “The
Pilates Group” in association with “Core Dynamics” in Santa
Fe NM under the direction of Michele Larsson.

Reformer groups are offered 1,2 or 3x
per week allowing individuals to work in a small group
setting with one instructor where they will be working
at their own pace and progressing at their own level. Recommended
for clients that are recovering from an injury or other
specific health concerns.
The Reformer classes are offered for
different levels. Level 1 is a beginner level class and
level 3 for those who have talked with their instructor
ahead of time. The classes are fast paced and cover more
material with focusing on quick transitions from each exercise.
Not recommended for anyone with difficulty exercising and
those with current injuries. A fun and challenging way
to get a great workout while learning more of the Pilates
work!
Chair classes are a great workout so
be prepared! Not for beginners but a client can join the
class after a Mat level 1 if they do not have any injuries.

All packages have a two month expiry.
All make-up classes are to be finished within the two month
period. After two months make – up sessions will expire.
24 hours cancellation notice must be given or a client
will forfeit that session. Clients who complete their package
before the end of the two month period may purchase another
package at any time. Please give the studio 10 days notice
in writing if reserve times need to be cancelled a fee
of $75.00 charged will be applied to late notice given. |
