This class is designed for people
with little or no Pilates experience.
It is an introduction to the Pilates
method through basic Mat work. This
class will give a good foundation
to anyone wishing to learn Pilates.
Mat Level 2
Mat Level two is a continuation
of the work learned in Mat Level 1.
The class will start to cover more
of the Mat exercises at an intermediate
pace. Mat level 1 is required before
taking this class.
Mat Level 3
This is an intermediate
to advanced level class. The class
is fun and challenging for anyone
wishing to keep up their Pilates
technique or to compliment the equipment
work.
Pilates helps develop
a strong
core
and enables the rest
of the body
to function more efficiently.
Reformer
Work
To begin on the
Reformer, each individual must
complete four private sessions
where they have a program designed
specifically for their bodies.
Once a program is completed a
choice of group sessions are
offered once, twice or three
times a week.
